Strong Economic Study Supports Pegasus Equestrian

Once in every generation there is a project that will stand out to the next generation. At over 2,800+ acres that project is Pegasus Equestrian. The scale of Pegasus is “well beyond other comparable equestrian venues, providing an opportunity to vertically capture a significant share of visitor’s lodging, dining, and retail expenditures”. Pegasus has the land use approvals (entitlements) and has completed base mapping. Next we are moving forward on engineering designs for our water systems. In the meantime, we are meeting with partners to complete closing by the end of November.
