Pegasus Equestrian
An approved world-class destination two decades in the making

A once-in-a-lifetime resort and venue has begun.
Approved, planned, and off to the races.
Approved on the West Coast
Pegasus is an approved, world class equestrian destination with a full interchange along I-5. Pegasus is an international equestrian competition venue and resort, and will be one of the most versatile in North America. The venue will serve not only the entire West Coast, but global equestrians.
Multi-disciplinary and Year-round.
On 2,800+ acres only 45 minutes south of Eugene, Oregon, Pegasus is nestled among the low hills in Douglas County with approved resort and facilities for year-round, multi-disciplinary equestrian events, including hunter/jumper, three-day eventing, reining, vaulting, driving, polo, dressage, steeplechase, western, and more.
Non-Equestrian Events.
Non-equestrian uses from outdoor sports or events such as car shows, dog shows/trials, weddings, conventions, conferences, and international meeting space. The Equestrian Experience Center (EEC) will include a visitor center, general commercial, wine tasting room, distillery, as well as equestrian support businesses & services.
Destination Resort.
Atmosphere of a private estate, with a minimum 150 room, luxury resort & spa unlike any other venue in the country. It would hold year-round competition allowed by a favorable climate and 3-5 indoor arenas and include onsite services, international in scope. This includes the ability to run multiple events simultaneously.
Need.
The growing multi-billion dollar competition industry is in need of a site like Pegasus, especially on the West Coast, which has suffered from 20 years of lackluster venue investment. A profitable, high-profile venue grows the ability to reinvest in the industry, both in businesses and giving back to the community.
Growing the Industry.
Dynamic pricing, service, sponsorship allow more affordable access and better service at both ends of the market, to more event riders and spectators. The diverse equestrian offerings, vertical integration, and auxiliary products allow more opportunities for diversified revenue streams at lower cost. A large venue will anchor local equestrian services, and encourage the industry to grow.

Industry demand & support is tremendous
“Looking at the plans, Pegasus would easily be a top 5 show park in North America and a world-class destination”
“A beautiful competition venue, which will meet the needs of the greater equestrian community.”
“For our sport, the West Coast holds strong potential for growth and one of the only limiting factors has been the availability of venues...”
“Pegasus...will change the landscape of equestrian and other event opportunities in the Pacific Northwest, and Oregon in particular.”
“The Pacific Northwest is limited in facilities where premiere hunter/jumper competitions can logistically host a quality show. The Pegasus Venue has the potential to bring in riders and horses in from all over the United States, Canada, and more.”
“Due to the climate, Pegasus wouldn’t need to compete with Wellington - instead it would be the destination for many competitors after the season at Wellington ends. There are few venues in the United States of this magnitude - Wellington, WEC Ocala, and WEC Ohio. Pegasus would become the fourth.”
