An approved international equestrian resort & venue.

Pegasus is an approved, world class equestrian destination with a full interchange along I-5

Colorful outdoor street scene in a European village with cobblestone road, stone buildings with balconies and flower boxes, outdoor cafe with tables, people walking and sitting, green hills in the background under a partly cloudy sky.

On 2,800+ acres, Pegasus is nestled among the low hills in Douglas County, 45 minutes from Eugene, Oregon with approved resort and facilities for year-round, multi-disciplinary equestrian and non-equestrian events.

Looking at the plans, Pegasus would easily be a top-5 show park in North America and a world-class destination”

Preliminary Site Plan V2.png

An approved destination resort.

Pegasus is built around the idea of being a true destination resort, and will itself be the destination for equestrian competitors and spectators on a statewide, national, and international level. Located on about 3,000 acres, the multi-disciplinary equestrian venue project will include up to 5 indoor climate-controlled arenas, numerous outdoor grass and sand arenas, a dedicated combined driving course, an equestrian cross-country course, four full size grass polo fields, a resort/spa, and more. But most of all, it will be about prioritizing equestrian competition.
